You can use blue or black ink, and your handwriting must be legible. All information must be identical to the verified information you provided on the casino’s site when creating your User Account.

We have all the information you need to send the Mail-in Request to A1 Casino’s AMOE(1).

First, you’ll have to obtain the Postal Request Code by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Customer Account;
  2. Click on the “Postal Request Code” link in the Lobby;
  3. Click on the “Postal Request Code” button and follow the prompts;
  4. The Postal Request Code is displayed for a period of time so you can record it on the Request Card.

A Postal Request Code is a unique 12-digit code and it can only be used once and expires 30 days after it is displayed.
