You can get 1,000 Gold Coins or 1 Super Coin (Sweeps Coin) for free by sending a handwritten Coin Request using first-class, postage-prepaid US Mail.

You must use black ink, and your handwriting must be legible. All information must be identical to the verified information you provided on the casino’s site when creating your User Account.

What’s Needed For Cashoomo Mail-in Requests

  • A verified Cashoomo account;
  • Stamped #10 Envelope;
  • A white 4”x6” blank paper;
  • A black ink pen;
  • Uniquely generated Sweepstakes Coins Request Code.

What To Write on the Piece of Letter or Piece of Paper

In landscape layout, only on one side of the Request Letter, handwrite, starting in the top left corner:

  • Your full name as shown in your Cashoomo Customer Account;
  • Your email address registered to your Cashoomo Customer Account;
  • The unique Request Code;
  • Your return/residential address as shown on the Government ID associated with your Cashoomo Customer Account.

On the top right:

  • The date you prepared the Request Letter;

In the center of the Request Card, below the information, the statement:

This is more or less what you should end up with before sealing the envelope and slapping the stamp on it. Once finished, drop it off at a nearby postal box.

Obtaining the Cashoomo Request Code

The only information about how you can obtain the Request Code at Cashoomo, is “(...)send an email to support@cashoomo.com with subject ‘Mail-in Request Code’ and an informal request to obtain the code written in the body of the email in a free form.”

The Request Code is a unique 16-digit number.

When Will I Receive My Coins From Cashoomo?

What is stated on the Cashoomo site is that you will receive your requested Gold and/or Super Coins in a reasonable amount of time after receipt and verification by Cashoomo. There is no guaranteed timeframe, and processing times may vary.

Can I Send Multiple Cashoomo Mail-In Requests at Once?
