How to Make a Chanced Mail-In Coin Request

You can get 5 Sweeps Coins for free by sending a handwritten Coin Request using first-class, postage-prepaid U.S. Mail.

You must use black ink, and your handwriting must be legible. All information must be identical to the verified information you provided on the casino’s site when creating your User Account.

We have all the information you need to send the Mail-in Request to Chanced’s(1).

What’s Needed For Chanced Mail-in Requests

  • A verified Chanced account;
  • Stamped #10 Envelope;
  • A white 4”x6”, unfolded, unlined, blank paper;
  • A black ink pen;
  • Uniquely generated Postal Request Code.

What To Write on the Piece of Letter or Piece of Paper

Only on one side of the Request Card, handwrite, starting in the top left corner:

  • The unique, one-time Postal Request Code;
  • Your full name as shown on your government-issued identification;
  • Your email address registered to your Chanced account;
  • Your return/residential address registered to your Chanced account;
  • The following statement: 

"I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Chanced. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Chanced's Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules."

Handwrite on the front of the envelope:

  • Your return address;
  • The words: "Sweepstakes Entries"
  • Chanced’s address:

Obtaining the Chanced Request Code

Here’s how you can obtain the Postal Request Code:

  1. Sign into your Customer Account;
  2. Click on the ‘Sweeps Rules’ link at the footer;
  3. Click on the hyperlink ‘Generated here’ in the 3.5 clause.

The unique, 12-digit Postal Request Code is then displayed for a period of time to enable you to record it on your Request Card.

FAQ Chanced Mail-In Request

Where Will My Sweeps Coins Appear?

For each valid Request Card, you will receive 5 Sweeps Coins. The Sweeps Coins will be credited directly to your Customer Account, and the total balance will be displayed when you log in.

How Long Are Sweeps Coins Valid Once They Are Added to My Account?

Sweeps Coins remain valid for 60 days from the date you last logged into your Customer Account. If you do not log in within that period, the Sweeps Coins will automatically expire. Sweeps Coins may also be forfeited if your account is closed or at Chanced’s discretion.

What Are the Rules for Envelopes and Mailing?

Only one Request Card is allowed per outer envelope. Combined or bundled requests sent in packages or parcels are invalid. The envelope must be hand-addressed, include your handwritten return address, and have the words “Sweepstakes Entries” written on the front. Requests must be mailed by you and posted from the same state or province as your verified residential address.
