You can use blue or black ink, and your handwriting must be legible. All information must be identical to the verified information you provided on the casino’s site when creating your User Account.

We have all the information you need to send the Mail-in Request to Funzpoints’ AMOE(1).

What’s Needed For Funzpoints Mail-in Requests

  • A verified Funzpoints account;
  • Stamped #10 Envelope;
  • A blank, standard card;
  • A blue or black ink pen.

What To Write on the Piece of Letter or Piece of Paper

Example of how you should write the FunzPoints mail-in request, and what you need to complete it.
You can't write on your computer and print it, you have to handwrite everything with an ink pen. If you don't do this, the request isn't valid.

On the Request Card, handwrite:

  • “FUNZPOINTS SWEEPSTAKES”;
  • Date;
  • Your name;
  • Your address;

  • The email address that you use with your Account with Funzpoints;

What To Write on the Stamped #10 Envelope

When you're done with filling out the postcard and the envelope, you should be left with something like this photo. After that, all you need to do is put the stamp on it, and drop the letter off at a local postbox.
