FAQ Gains Mail-In Request
What Mistakes can Cause my Gains Mail-in Request to be Rejected?
The most common issues are illegible handwriting, missing information, or account details that do not exactly match your verified Gains account. Your request must be handwritten using blue or black ink, and the Postal Request Code must be valid and unused. Typed, printed, or incomplete requests may not qualify for Sweeps Coins.
Do I Need a New Postal Request Code for Every Gains Mail-in Request?
Yes. Each mail-in request requires its own unique 12-digit Postal Request Code generated from your Gains account. Reusing a code or submitting an invalid code may result in your request being denied. Be sure to record the code carefully before it expires on the screen.
