FAQ GoldNLuck Mail-In Request
What Happens if my GoldNLuck Mail-in Request is not Handwritten Correctly?
GoldNLuck requires all mail-in requests to be handwritten in blue ink with clear and legible writing. Typed, printed, or difficult-to-read submissions may be rejected. To avoid problems, make sure all account details exactly match the information on your verified GoldNLuck account before mailing your request.
Do I Need to Include the Date and Time on my GoldNLuck Request Card?
Yes. GoldNLuck specifically requires both the time and date of writing to appear on the Request Card. Missing required information, including the timestamp, may cause your submission to be denied or delayed during the review process.
