How to Make a JackpotRabbit Mail-In Coin Request
You can get 1 Super Coin (Sweeps Coin) for free by sending in a handwritten Coin Request Card to JackpotRabbit.
Use a blue or black ink pen with legible handwriting. All information has to be identical to the verified information you provided on the JackpotRabbit site when creating your User Account.
We have all the information you need to send the Mail-in Request to JackpotRabbit’s AMOE(1).
What’s Needed For JackpotRabbit Mail-in Requests
- A verified JackpotRabbit user account;
- A standard, white, unlined, and unfolded #10 envelope;
- A standard, white, one-sided, unfolded, and unlined 4x6 index card;
- A blue or black ink pen.
What To Write on the Piece of Letter or Piece of Paper
Here’s what to write on the Request Card you’re sending to JackpotRabbit:
- Your full name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification;
- The email address registered to your User Account;
- The username registered to your User Account;
- The residential address registered to your User Account;
- The following statement:
"Promotional Entry! I wish to receive Super Coins to participate in the [Insert Month Of Promotional Contest] Promotional Contest offered by UTech. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by UTech Terms of Use and these Official Rules."

Immediately beneath the statement, you must sign the card and write the date of signature in MM/DD/YYYY format.
What To Write on the #10 Envelope
On the front of the #10 envelope, handwrite:
