You can use blue or black ink, and your handwriting must be legible. All information must be identical to the verified information you provided on the casino’s site when creating your User Account.

We have all the information you need to send the Mail-in Request to Legendz’ AMOE(1).

First, you have to obtain the Postal Request Code by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Customer Account;
  2. Click on the “Postal Request Code” link in the Lobby;
  3. Click on the “Postal Request Codes” button and follow the prompts.

What’s Needed For Legendz Mail-in Requests

  • A verified Legendz account;
  • Stamped #10 Envelope;
  • A white, 4”x6”, unfolded, blank, and unlined Request Card;
  • A blue or black ink pen;
  • A unique Postal Request Code.

What To Write on the Piece of Letter or Piece of Paper

On the Request Card, handwrite:

  • In the top-right corner, the date on which the Sweeps Coin Request Card was prepared;
  • In the top-left corner, one unique one-time Postal Request Code;
  • Under the Postal Request Code, your full name as shown on your government-issued identification
  • Your Legendz Customer Account;
  • The email address registered to your Legendz.com Customer Account;
  • The return/residential address registered to your Legendz.com account;
  • And the following statement:
