You can use a blue or black ink pen, and your handwriting must be legible. All information must match the verified information you provided on the Luck Party site when creating your User Account.

  • A standard, 4”x 6” postcard or white paper;
  • A blue or black ink pen.

What To Write on the Piece of Letter or Piece of Paper

Here’s what you need to write only on one side of the Request Card:

  • Your full name as displayed on your government-issued identification;
  • The e-mail address registered on your Account;

  • The following statement:
