You have to use blue ink, and your handwriting must be legible. All information must be identical to the verified information you provided on the casino’s site when creating your User Account.
We have all the information you need to send the Mail-in Request to RealPrize’s AMOE(1).
What’s Needed For RealPrize Mail-in Requests
- A verified RealPrize account;
- A stamped #10 Envelope;
- An unfolded, blank, unlined, 4″ x 6″ postcard or piece of white paper;
- A blue ink pen.
What To Write on the Piece of Letter or Piece of Paper

Only on one side of the Request Card, handwrite:
- Your full name, as shown on your government-issued identification and matching your username;
- Your email address registered with your User Account;
- The return/residential address registered with your User Account;
- The time and date of writing;
- The following statement:
