FAQ Rolla Mail-In Request
Does Rolla Require Mail-in Requests to be Written in Capital Letters?
Yes. Rolla states that all handwritten information must be written clearly in CAPS using black ink. If your handwriting is difficult to read or does not follow the formatting requirements, your request may be rejected during verification.
Can I Reuse the Same Rolla Request Code on Multiple Mail-in Requests?
No. Each Rolla mail-in request requires a unique one-time Request Code generated from your account. Reusing a code or submitting an invalid code can cause your request to be denied. Always generate a new code for every Request Card you send.
