Lately: Not so happy
Earlier in the year, I used to do quite well just playing a few select slots I enjoyed that have great bonus features.
Lately, it seems you can dump a few hundred into a slot and NEVER trigger a bonus. Recently, I’ve gotten killed, so I'm not likely to keep playing here. I'd give it 3 stars for ease of payment and selection of games.

I didn't know we needed certain codes for the match bonus when I signed up for the first time two days ago! They randomly put a different code in, so I assumed it was that one. I asked them 48 hours later, when I thought I was getting the match bonus that I didn't know to please fix. They refused, no help, and basically said oh well to me. I found another online casino that was very friendly and quick to help me.
Poor Customer Service
I recently won some money playing online video poker ($900). I requested a check in my withdrawal. I needed to send a pic of my driver's license to verify my identity. I have since sent 4 different pics, and each has been rejected. I have spent at least one hour in live chat trying to get my money. I even asked if the money could be returned to my account so I could lose it and be done with Rivers Casinos. My only option is to upload a "clear" image of my license. I have sent my pics to friends and asked them if they could read it and all confirmed that everything was easy to see/read. I have been battling for 3 days now to get $900. It won't be too long before I have over $900 worth of my time invested in this nonsense. I don't believe that they realize that they will be the loser in the long run whether I get my $900 or not. They have all of my personal info, and I ask that the check be mailed to the SAME address I used when setting up the account. I can tell them all my personal info, SS#, etc., but it's still not enough for them. I even offered to print a copy of my license and mail it to them, but they would not accept that either. I suggest playing there and losing; you will be happier than playing there and trying to get a check with your winnings. I just sent my 4th picture today, and I am awaiting another rejection. It's absurd.
