International iGaming lead development company JustGamblers (JustMedia) has announced its acquisition of Cyprus based Kurama Media. The deal strengthens the ability of JustMedia to deliver valuable customers to its iGaming partners, using the PPC knowledge and processes developed at Kurama Media.
Deal agreed just weeks after discussions began
Talks concerning the potential acquisition began towards the end of Quarter 3, 2023. Just a few weeks later the deal was agreed.
Since its creation by the co-founders Daniel Zammit Martins and Sean Gatt, the business, with a head office in Limassol, has developed a reputation for developing high value traffic in the iGaming and finance niche.
The sales contract agreement was made on 14 September 2023, with JustMedia taking the expertise developed at Kurama Media forward to enhance its own strategic partnerships.
