As of 1 January 2022, the two founders of JustGamblers©, Magnus and Tobias, have effectively moved ownership of all brands to the new business entity JustMedia Ltd. The organization is now registered with its base of operations in Bulgaria, where Magnus and Tobias remain the principal shareholders and are in control of the company.
With this change, JustMedia has become the corporate umbrella under which their brands operate. This includes the flagship brand JustGamblers©, active in the United States, Canada, India, Brazil, Japan, Netherlands, France, and Spain.
As part of this organizational change, JustMedia also welcomes three well-known iGaming veterans and investors to the company. Jesper Kärrbrink, Johan Moazed, and Jonas Wåhlander are entering as shareholders and board members.
Jesper Kärrbrink has over two decades of experience in the industry, including positions as CEO of MrGreen and SvenskaSpel. He’s also been active as chairman and part of the board of directors (BofD) in numerous iGaming companies. With JustMedia, he will take a more active role as chairman of the board.
Johan Moazed spearheaded sports betting exchanges in the early 2000s as a business developer and later CEO. Johan has had several high-profile board member roles, including Cherry AB and Yggdrasil Gaming Ltd. Most recently, he is the acting CEO of BaziTech AB. At JustMedia, Johan is entering in the capacity of a strategic advisor through the board.
Jonas Wåhlander is an executive director with broad experience across technology, entertainment and iGaming. In the iGaming industry, he is most known for his work with Cherry Online Gaming and the subsequent acquisition and merger with ComeOn!, which he oversaw as acting CEO and BofD, responsible for turning the company around and oversaw the introduction to Nasdaq. With JustMedia, Jonas is joining as a strategic advisor through the board.
Tobias and I are pleased to welcome some of the absolute top names in the iGaming industry to our board. And with this, we have decided to change the company structure. As a result, JustGamblers is now fully owned by the new entity JustMedia Ltd. With the investors entering as shareholders and board members, we can confidently grow and scale up our company.

The formation of JustMedia Ltd and the investments from new board members are the culmination of discussions that started in 2021. The investments are in the six-figure EUR range, significantly strengthening the financial profile of the company. The addition of Jesper, Johan, and Jonas makes for an impressive board structure. JustMedia now has a diverse mix of experienced individuals coupled with the passion and drive of founders Magnus and Tobias. It’s an eclectic mix of expertise and talent spread across Bulgaria, Sweden, and Malta.
More than before, JustMedia is ready to scale its flagship brand, JustGamblers©, with an increased focus on the growing US iGaming market.
