However, with Sportsena, there aren't license details, and our experts have scoured the website to locate one without success. The lack of transparency is concerning, especially when you’re depositing real money.

In terms of customer support, the site claims that you can contact them 24/7, but it appears that the online contact form is the only method to do so, with other options severely lacking. The site goes as far as to say that you can contact the live dealer through the chat box as if they will have the time to address your queries.
