Writing a community review is a quick and straightforward process that can significantly benefit other readers. We only ask that you adhere to our community review guidelines to ensure a sustainable, collaborative, and trustworthy platform everyone can appreciate. 

When You Should Write a Brand Review

If you've played at a US online casino or bet with an American sportsbook within the past year, we consider your experience recent and valuable. Whether your review is positive or negative, we value your feedback as it helps us maintain a fresh and up-to-date platform with truthful opinions and brand information.

Community reviews allow you to share your experiences with other gamblers and provide feedback on brands. All points of view are welcome, and you don’t have to write an extensive review; two or three sentences highlighting parts of your experience would be good enough.

When You Should Not Write a Brand Review

Don’t create a fake review based on a made-up experience or write false statements about a gambling brand or service.

Reviews should be unbiased, and you’re not allowed to submit a review reflecting an agreed-upon opinion or rating if an operator has offered you an incentive to do so.

Don’t Share Personal Information

All community reviews published on JustGamblers are public. This means you voluntarily make that content public when you submit a review. Never include sensitive or personal information about yourself or anyone else in a review. Names, phone numbers, addresses, banking information, or anything that can be linked to you should not be included in the review content.

We Do Not Tolerate Plagiarism, Infringement, or Impersonation

Only post your own original content based on real experiences. Do not submit reviews that plagiarise other content or infringe on any copyrights. You are not allowed to impersonate someone or an organization.

Be Respectful and Polite

Your content must be respectful and polite when you contribute with a brand review. We reserve the right not to post anything harmful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory or obscene.

We Reserve the Right to Reject, Edit, and Remove Reviews

Our team of moderators works to keep reviews friendly, engaging, helpful, and productive. We'll take action if we feel a comment or forum post harms that endeavor.

Our moderators won’t change facts or statements reflecting your experiences, but we may correct grammar and spelling errors. We’ll edit out any inappropriate language.

If you have submitted a review that goes against our guidelines, we reserve the right to reject it.

Reporting Abuse

We encourage everyone who suspects a violation of our community review guidelines to notify us by email. Once a community review is reported, our team will review it and ensure it aligns with our guidelines.
